Registration Details

Thank you for your interest in attending the upcoming ILERA (IIRA) World Congress 2012. Please register online as it will enable you to receive a prompt confirmation reply. If you are unable to register online, please contact ilera2012@dgihs.com and we will email you instructions on how to register by fax.

Registration Fees

$475 - Early Bird Registration by April 1, 2012 11:59 EST (end of day)
$625 - Regular Rate

$300 Day Registration
A $50 late fee will be applied after 5 PM on June 1, 2012.

In Philadelphia at the time of the Congress, the discount for ILERA's individual members will be applied.

There will be no on-site registration at the hotel in Philadelphia. You must register online.

One (1) ticket for the Opening Welcome Reception on July 2nd is included in your registration fee. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased for $75/ea.

Congress Dinner. A gala Congress dinner will be held on Wednesday, July 4th from 7PM - 10PM at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel. The fee for the Congress Dinner is not included in the Conference fee. Tickets for the dinner are $125 per person. The last day for purchase is Monday, July 2. Note: If you wait until arriving in Philadelphia to purchase a ticket for the gala dinner, only credit card payment can be accepted.

Payment Information

After you finish registering, you will be redirected to our secure credit card processing page for payment. You will receive a receipt from the credit card processor via email. Your receipt will also be uploaded to your account within a few days after it has been recorded. You can access your account by logging in using the form on the left side of this page by entering your email address and the password you chose when you created your account. If you forget your password, you will be able to retrieve it using the "forgot password" link, also on the left side of this page.

***Your receipt contains a Confirmation ID that is necessary in order to receive the special Congress rate on your hotel reservations.*** The special ILERA Congress rate at the Marriott Hotel is in effect from July 1 to July 6.
